You've set up your shop. Now let's get your first product live.
This takes about 5 minutes. Here's exactly how to do it.
Step 1: Go to your dashboard and click "Add Product"
Log in to Shopsical and go to your dashboard. Click the Add Product button.
Step 2: Fill in your product details
You'll see a form with fields for your product information.
Here's what to fill in:
Product name: Be specific. "Blue Nike Running Shoes" is better than "Shoes." "Vitamin C Brightening Serum" is better than "Face Serum."
Description: Explain what makes this product good. What's it made of? Who's it for? What problem does it solve? Think about the questions buyers usually ask you and answer them here.
Product image: Upload a clear, well-lit photo.
Does your product have variants? If it comes in different colors, sizes, or styles, tap "Yes, multiple options". You can add visual variants (like images of different colors of the product) or typed variants (like "Small, Medium, Large"), and set different prices for each one.
Step 3: Add more visuals and set your price
Additional images and video (optional): You can add more images showing your product from different angles. You can also upload a short video showing your product in action. This helps buyers see exactly what they're getting.
Now add your pricing and inventory.
Price: Enter your selling price.
Stock: How many units do you have? This helps buyers know it's available and helps you track inventory.
Step 4: Add vibes to your product
Instead of just tags, Shopsical uses vibes. Vibes capture the mood or context where your product fits, not just what it is.
Examples:
For fashion: Date night, Casual Friday, Streetwear, Office chic
For beauty: Self-care Sunday, Morning routine, Glowing skin, Minimalist beauty
For home goods: Cozy vibes, Modern minimalist, Family gathering, Small space living
This helps buyers discover your product when they're browsing by mood, not just searching keywords.
Step 5: Add bonuses, feature it (optional) and publish
Customer bonuses: You can optionally add incentives to make your product more attractive. Choose either a percentage discount or free delivery for this product.
If this is one of your standout products, feature it in your Top 5. These show up prominently on your shop page.
Once everything looks good, click Publish.
Step 6: Set up delivery (first-time only)
If this is your first product, you'll be asked to set up delivery.
Add:
Delivery price: How much does shipping cost?
Delivery locations: Where do you deliver? Select your regions or cities.
Delivery timeframe: How long does delivery take? Be honest about timing.
You can choose:
Same price for all locations
Different prices per location
Free delivery
You only do this once. It'll apply to all future products (but you can update it anytime).
Step 7: Your product is live
Your product is now published.
From here you can:
Copy and share the product link — send it directly to customers or post on social media
Download with watermark — share on Instagram or WhatsApp
Add more products — keep building your shop
View all products — see your full catalog
Create a post — tell the story behind your product
What happens next?
Your product is now discoverable on Shopsical.
Buyers will see it in their feed based on vibes and interests. When they search for related terms, your product shows up. They can see the price, check delivery, and buy without DMing you.
You'll get notified when someone makes a purchase.
Tips for better listings
Use multiple images. Show your product from different angles, on a model, or in context.
Answer common questions in your description. Materials? Sizing? Care instructions? Add them upfront.
Pick vibes that match real moments. Don't just pick obvious ones. Think about when or why someone would want this product.
Be honest about stock and delivery. Transparency builds trust. If you only have 5 left, say so. If delivery takes a week, don't promise 3 days.
