Before You Can Delete
For All Users
- Complete or cancel all active orders
- Wait for shipped orders to be delivered
For Business Accounts
- Delete or transfer your businesses first
- Resolve all disputes and pending payouts
Deletion Process
Go to Settings
Profile -> Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account
Re-authenticate
Enter your password or use social login to verify it's you
Immediate Deactivation
Your account becomes inaccessible and profile is hidden
Email Confirmation
Check your email for confirmation and restoration instructions
30-Day Grace Period
You can reactivate by logging in or clicking the email link
What Gets Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, bio, photos)
- Posts, wishlists, and activity history
- Private messages and chat history
- Login credentials and authentication data
What May Be Retained
- Anonymized transaction records (up to 7 years for tax compliance)
- Public reviews shown as "Anonymous" (for other users)
- Aggregated analytics data (not linked to you)
Grace Period: You have 30 days to restore your account by logging in or clicking the restoration link in your email. After 30 days, deletion becomes permanent.

Account Reactivation
During the 30-day grace period, you can restore your account by simply logging back into the app or clicking the restoration link in your email. After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Financial Records
Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years in anonymized form to comply with tax and legal requirements.
Immediate Effects
Once you request deletion, your profile and posts are immediately hidden from other users, and you're logged out of all devices.
