Delete Your Shopsical Account & Data
Manage your data and account deletion requests here. We believe in transparency and giving you full control over your information.
If you'd like to delete specific data but keep your Shopsical account active, you can request it below.
How to Request
In-App Request
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data in the Shopsical app.
Email Request
Email support@shopsical.com with subject: "Delete My Data"
What Will Be Deleted
- Posts, wishlists, and activity history (if requested)
- Search history and personalization data
What May Be Retained
- Transaction receipts (up to 90 days for legal compliance)
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics (not linked to you)
If you no longer want to use Shopsical, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What Will Be Deleted
- Account details (name, email, phone number)
- All your posts, products, reviews, and wishlists
- Your purchase history and referral records
What May Be Retained
- Legally required transaction records (up to 90 days)
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics (not linked to you)
Vendor Payouts
Any pending vendor payouts will still be processed before account deletion.
Vendor Records
If you're a vendor, Shopsical may retain limited financial records to comply with tax and legal obligations.
